• Sehr geehrte Nutzerinnen und Nutzer des KOSTAL (PIKO) Solar Portals, Update 03.04.2020: In den letzten Tagen wurde die Datenannahme auf ein Zeitfenster von ca. 14h pro Tag erweitert. Durch die in den vergangen Wochen getroffenen Maßnahmen und den aktuellen Einschränken der Datenannahme, ist das Solar Portal wieder in der Lage Ihre Daten zeitnah zu verarbeiten. Somit können Sie Online und auch in der App wieder tagesaktuelle Werte Ihrer Solar Anlage einsehen. Das Go-Life des neuen Portals erwarten wir Mitte/Ende Juni 2020. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt kann es gelegentlich zu Verzögerungen und Einschränkungen in unserem bisherigen Portal kommen. Wir versuchen diese so gering wie möglich zu gestalten und bedanken uns für Ihr Verständnis. Wichtiger Hinweis: Für die Nutzung des neuen Portals ist es zwingend erforderlich, die aktualisierten Nutzungsbedingungen zu akzeptieren. Die Zustimmung zu den neuen Nutzungsbedingungen können sie nur online im PIKO Solar Portal geben, nicht jedoch in der KOSTAL Solar App! Sofern das noch nicht erfolgt ist, möchten wir Sie bitten, dieses dringend nachzuholen. Wir können Ihnen sonst den Service des neuen Portals, aufgrund der aktuellen Datenschutzverordnung, nicht zur Verfügung stellen.
  • Dear users of the KOSTAL (PIKO) Solar Portal, Update 03.04.2020: In the last days the data acceptance has been extended to a time window of approx. 14h per day. Due to the measures taken in the past weeks and the current restrictions of the data acceptance, the Solar Portal is again able to process your data promptly. Thus you can view the daily updated values of your solar system online and in the app. We expect the new portal to go live in mid/end June 2020, until which time there may be occasional delays and limitations in our existing portal. We try to keep these as minor as possible and thank you for your understanding. Important note: To use the new portal it is mandatory to accept the updated terms of use. You can only accept the new terms of use online in the PIKO Solar Portal, not in the KOSTAL Solar App! If this has not yet been done, we would ask you to do so urgently. Otherwise, we cannot provide you with the service of the new portal due to the current data protection regulations.
